Your responsibilities

• Create technical drawings, 3D models and manufacturing documents (parts & assemblies)
• Design metal structures, frames, tanks and custom parts according to customer specs
• Support project planning, work preparation and documentation
• Collaborate with production, CNC, laser cutting and welding teams
• Use modern CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor etc.)

Your profile

• Completed training as technical drafter / product designer or design engineer
• Confident with CAD systems (2D/3D)
• Knowledge in metal/mechanical engineering or sheet metal design
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Team player with strong communication skills

1️⃣ CNC MACHINE OPERATOR / MACHINING TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up modern CNC milling machines (OKUMA 5-axis center)
• Program independently from drawings (Heidenhain / Fanuc / ISO)
• Monitor production process and perform quality checks
• Maintain and service machines
• Close collaboration with design and QA

Profile:

• Training as CNC operator, machining technician or similar
• Experience in milling (3–6 axes)
• Good technical understanding & spatial thinking
• Independent and precise working style
• Teamwork and reliability

2️⃣ PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Operate DENER 6-axis CNC press brake (6 m / 400 t)
• Set up, tool and program from drawings
• Precise bending for single parts and series
• Quality inspection of workpieces
• Care and maintenance of the machine

Profile:

• Training in metal/construction mechanics or similar
• Experience with CNC press brakes (Delem/ESA a plus)
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Accurate and responsible working style
• Physical resilience and team spirit

3️⃣ LASER MACHINE OPERATOR (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Nukon 24 kW fiber laser cutting system
• Set up, tool and maintain the machine
• Cut according to drawings (sheet, profiles and tubes)
• Quality checks and dimensional control
• Optimize cutting parameters and monitor the process

Profile:

• Training as machine operator, construction mechanic or similar
• Experience with CNC laser cutting (ideally Nukon/Trumpf)
• Confident reading technical drawings
• Precise, structured working style
• Reliability and teamwork

Your responsibilities

• Welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, SMAW, spot welding)
• Manufacture & assembly of assemblies, frames, tanks as per drawings
• Operate modern OTC welding systems (manual & robotic)
• Visual & dimensional inspection according to quality guidelines
• Preparation, tack welding and rework of components
• Comply with safety & quality standards (EN ISO 3834, DIN EN 1090)

Your profile

• Training as welder, metalworker, construction mechanic or similar
• Valid welding certificates (ISO 9606, EN 287) desirable
• Experience in MIG/MAG or TIG
• Confident with drawings, precise and structured
• Teamwork, reliability and sense of responsibility
